1. Validate your voucher
Have your Qoqa voucher ready and validate it. You can use the same voucher as many times as you like until you've made your room reservation.
2. Choose your stay dates
Choose the dates that suit you best; you can also select your room category, add another night to your stay, and book a second room. Make one booking per voucher; if you have multiple vouchers, complete the booking for one first, and then validate the next voucher.
3. Book your restaurant table
Your voucher includes a credit of CHF 180 for your stay at Brasserie 1519 or U-Yama (in winter). Book your table at the time that suits you best.
For all other dates, or if you wish to book a second room, we offer a special super-reduced rate. You can add up to one more night and one more room per voucher.
Due to availability at the hotel and our restaurants, some dates may not be available. Only the "QoQa Special Rate" grants access to QoQa benefits.
he amount shown must be paid at the property by credit card or cash. This corresponds to any supplements the guest selects during booking (room upgrade or weekend supplement). No charge to your bank card is required to complete the booking, unless the verification process is unsuccessful.
The QoQa online booking site is valid only for holders of a valid, unused QoQa voucher purchased at www.qoqa.ch during the December 2025 sale. The hotel may contact the customer if further verification is required, using the contact methods provided by the customer via the form below. If the customer does not have a valid, unused QoQa voucher, or cannot answer the hotel's security questions, the rate will be adjusted to the best available public price of the day, while the cancellation policy remains in effect.
Reservations can be canceled and modified free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date (24 hours if the arrival date falls between April 7 and December 12). If you need to change or modify your reservation after the deadline, cancellation fees will apply or the voucher will be forfeited.
